1. All things are difficult before they are easy. So, if you refuse to accept anything but the best, you very often get it.

7. Never argue with an angry person.
8. When you do the common things in life in an uncommon way, you will command the attention of the world.
9. There is no market for gloom - you cannot sell it. What the world wants and will buy is cheer.
