WAS BORN IN 1942 AND HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF MYSELF INTERNALLY
AND EXTERNALLY FOR 40 YEARS. MY EXTERNAL WORKOUT
INCLUDES USING THE TREADMILL, SWIMMING, AND WORKING OUT
IN A GYM TWICE A WEEK. MY OTHER HOBBY IS DANCING,
WHICH I DO TWO OR THREE TIMES A WEEK, LATIN, BALLROOM,
COUNTRY AND SWING. TENNIS IS A SPORT I ENJOY
A COUPLE OF TIMES A MONTH, AND I DO REFLEXOLOGY FIVE DAYS
A WEEK AND HAVE A MASSAGE ONCE A WEEK.

LIKE SIMPLE, HEALTHY FOODS LIKE VEGETABLES, FRUIT, MEAT
AND PEANUT BUTTER. ALL IN ALL, I HAVE MAINTAINED
